When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders over $199 are shipped for free within New Zealand.
The standard courier shipping cost on all other orders is $9.99
What is the warranty?
Daylight guarantees to the purchaser that for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, qualified products, when delivered in new condition and in original packaging, will be free from manufacturing faults and defective materials and will conform to the published product specifications. Qualified product determined by Daylight to be defective during the Warranty Period will be, at Daylight’s sole discretion and without charge to purchaser, either:
- Rectify utilising new parts or;
- Exchanged for new or;
- Refunded for the purchase price paid by purchaser for the defective qualified product.
Qualified product that is rectified or replaced under this Warranty will continue to be covered for the duration of the applicable Warranty period.
